Since i found out about coffee bars with cats, i got a new strange connotation with japan.
Japans cities are very short in living space. That's the reason for skyscrapers, hotels with loft beds and coffee bars with cats inside.
Sounds strange? I guess it is.
Most cat lovers who live in japan, don't have enough space to have a cat on their own, so a smart businessman
opened a coffee bar, placed some cats inside, so you everyone can spend his lunchtime among the animal we all love: Cats!
In my opinion, this idea is awesome!
Haven't heard of cat coffee bars in any other country, but i bet they will appear quite soon.
An enjoyable sideeffect for the coffe bar owner: Most customers feed the cats so the owner saves some extra money!
